From 1990 to 1997, LR Marketing Group's Principal, Lisa A. Rozycki was the Manager of Marketing for BARTA. During that time, she was responsible for customer relations and the planning, development, and implementation of sales promotions for BARTA's fixed route and paratransit division operating programs. She also managed BARTA's community based marketing efforts.
Rozycki coordinated the development and distribution of information and promotional materials for use by employers, social service agencies, and major retail centers including maps and schedule information. She also coordinated tours, presentations, direct mailing and other community outreach efforts.
She prepared all written promotional communications and press releases for BARTA administrative staff.
Among her career highlights at BARTA, Rozycki served on the:

- Barrier Free Berks, a National Organization on Disability (NOD)
- Elder Aware Project Committee, Berks County Office of Aging
- Promotions Committee, Reading Marketing Association

- Annual Transportation Luncheon Committee, Berks County Chamber of Commerce
- Community Advisory Committee, Berks County Center for Independent Living
- Steering Committee, Pennsylvania League of Cities & Municipalities 1995 Annual Convention
While at BARTA, Rozycki also accomplished the following:
- Helped form a coalition in 1990 named the Reading Area Coalition for Transit NOW (REACT NOW) which represented organizations and interests dedicated to enhanced and expanded public transportation in the Reading and Berks County area. The coalition was named to the 1995 Chairperson's Honor Roll of the American Public Transit Association for outstanding achievement in transit advocacy and public education.
- Was directly responsible for implementing the mandates set forth in Title II of the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990. Wrote the handbook entitled "The Americans With Disabilities Act and How It Will Affect Your BARTA Transportation Services." Authored BARTA's five-year ADA Complementary Paratransit Service Plan which enabled the authority to come into ADA compliance by January of 1997.
- Testified on two occasions before the Pennsylvania State Transportation Committee on the state's twelve-year project plan.
- Wrote numerous press releases and articles that were featured in newspapers and national trade magazines.
- Taught hundreds of school children, elderly, and disabled individuals how to use public transportation.
- Gave over one-hundred presentations to a variety of groups, including social service administrators, community groups, and business leaders.
- Conducted guest appearances on several local cable television shows. Conducted several interviews for newspaper, radio, and television media.
- Produced a 20th Anniversary tabloid for BARTA in 1993, including researching and writing the articles and selling the advertising in the tabloid to support the project.
- Coordinated the communication efforts for the $4.1 million Penn Square Project which entailed the removal of the Penn Square pedestrian mall and the re-opening of the 400 and 500 blocks of Penn Street to vehicular traffic.
