Citrin Cooperman, founded in 1979, is a mid-sized tax, accounting and
business consulting firm, currently ranked the top 37th CPA firm in the country.
Their 50 partners and over 200 professionals and administrative staff work in a variety of industries and disciplines.
The Firm has three offices, all located within in the Tri-state area. Their
headquarters are located in mid-town Manhattan and they also have offices in
Springfield, New Jersey and White Plains, New York.

LR Marketing Group was hired by Citrin Cooperman to help them implement an employee incentive program. The process involved working with members of their organization to determine what they value and creating the necessary steps to motivate them to engage in certain marketing activities in order to gain recognition and reward. The goals and objectives of the program were to:
- To encourage, teach and reward staff for participating in marketing & business development at all levels.
- To generate marketing activity from most every employee in a fun and rewarding way.
- To reinforce marketing/business development activities so they become second nature.
- To promote greater awareness of the marketing opportunities all around them.
- To generate cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for current clients.
